Pultruded FRP Grating
I-bar profiles pultruded from continuous glass rovings give roughly 30% higher stiffness than molded grating at the same depth — which means longer unsupported spans, lower deflection under wheel loads, and tighter load consistency panel to panel.
- Spans to 1.5 m at industrial walkway loads with GCP-50 bars
- Higher glass content (≥ 35% by weight) in the bearing direction
- Gritted or concave meniscus surface, integral with the bar
- Available in I-40, I-50, T-bar and 3-bar systems
- Supplied with matching clip hardware and edge framing

Molded or pultruded?
Both carry walkway loads. Choose molded for bidirectional loads, frequent cutting on site and lowest cost. Choose pultruded when the span is long (> 1 m), traffic is heavy, or deflection must be tightly controlled — it delivers roughly 30% more stiffness at the same depth.
Resin & Surface Options
Same resin systems as molded grating — ortho, ISO polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic — with gritted or meniscus surface. Color: gray, green, yellow, orange, black, custom RAL on volume.
